About me
I’ve been moving, dancing, and exploring expression for as long as I can remember. I began with ballet as a child, then turned toward theatre in my twenties — searching for ways to express what lives inside and to share inspiration with others. Along the way I immersed myself in many forms of embodied practice: dance, mime, clown work, and somatic exploration.
Alongside this artistic path, I trained and became a certified Gestalt therapist, deepening my understanding of human experience, relationship, and presence.
In the early 2000s I discovered the 5Rhythms®. That encounter changed everything. It allowed me to fully integrate body-based practice with therapeutic awareness — movement, creativity, and emotional truth finally meeting in one coherent path. In 2010 I completed the 5Rhythms Teacher Training (Waves level) with Gabrielle Roth, and I continue my development through the Heartbeat level with Jonathan Horan.
I am also deeply involved in men’s work through the ManKind Project, supporting growth, authenticity, and connection among men.
My teaching brings together all these threads: movement, therapy, creativity, humour, depth, and a relentless love of music. I teach with passion, directness, and playfulness — inviting people to meet themselves honestly, move fully, and discover what becomes possible when the body leads.
